PENNSYLVANIA ELECTION CODE

ARTICLE V

Election Districts and Polling Places

Section 502

= = = =

A Key component of fair and honest elections is to reverse the centralization of the election process by distributing vote counting to the reasonably sized precincts (i.e., >1200 Active registrants). This must be accompanied by utter transparency => the elimination of all computer based processing in the counting of votes.
