Pennsylvania Voter and Turnout Demographics for the 2020, 2022, and 2024 Elections

The plots for Pennsylvania and four counties show the age ranges, gender* and party** of both the voters and the turnout in the 2020, 2022, and 2024 General Elections.

The voter scales are the same for the Pennsylvania plots and for each county plot to facilitate comparisons between the elections.

Turnout is the number of voters divided by the number of active registered voters expressed as a percentage. The turnout plots are scaled from 30% to 100% to facilitate comparisons.

The data for the three elections is derived from the 12/21/2020, 12/19/2022, and 12/23/2024 SURE Full Voter Exports (FVE).

* Registrants with U or no identified SURE gender are not included.

** Political parties that are not Republican (Rep) or Democrat (Dem) are summarized as UnA .
